A powerful demonstration of the full community’s accelerated green efforts was a January 31 press conference in Hoehl Welcome Center, organized by the new Environmental Council to coincide with a national “Focus the Nation Day” that spotlighted environmental awareness on thousands of campuses across the U.S.
